Stalker Call Of Pripyat Gamedata Folder Icons
Call of Chernobyl is a free-play sandbox mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat created by TeamEPIC. The fast-travel system is already implemented in CoC, but is currently disabled by default. This mod enables it. It also adds many additional locations to which you can now fast-travel, and changes the system to let you choose whether you want to unlock the fast travel points by first visiting them, or have them all unlocked from the beginning (see Options-section below).
Call of Pripyat, Performance Patch. Discussion in 'General Gaming and Hardware Forum' started by Dracon M'Alkir, Mar 3, 2010. I found that the popular FLOAT32 modification for Stalker-SHOC was ported over to Clear Sky. I tested the shader on Call of Pripyat, and found that framerates had tripled from 60 to 180 on full MSAA and Anisotropic. Made it so that all fast-travel points are unlocked on the PDA-map from the beginning. No need to discover them before they become available. version 1. Initial release. Ok thx, it all works, but just a question, I see all the places for the fast travel locations in the image, but some of them don't appear even though I explored them. (Just walked through them). I did reload my save and all that, but they don't appear, like the clear sky fishing base in the water doesn't appear. And the bandit camp all the way up to the north west doesn't appear.

Did I do something wrong? Or is it a bug? It's alright if they don't work I got fast travel locations for most of the whole map.

I got the same problem if i dont use this mod and i enable the fast travel. The icons there but if i click on them nothing happening. Okay at least i figured it out. The thing is Smurth's Dynamic Hud causing problems with the fast travel somehow, exactly its own modified xrGame.dll file. If i using the one what is inside the Smurth's addon the Fast Travel option is not appear when you right click on any travel location. If i change the file to the regular one what is coming with the 1.4.16 patch its working again witohut porblems. I dont know its a must have file for the Smurths addon, but i report it for the mod author too. I think it needs to be updated for the latest patch +4 votes. The two files are built into CoC by default, all I have done is modified them.
The activation of fast-travel is done in factionquicktravel.ltx, on line 2 there is a 'enable = false/true' variable. The CoC default file is set to 'false', the one in this mod to 'true'. After that follows a list of available fast-travel location for each factions, the list in the modded file has a lot more locations. The fasttravel.script file is the one that adds the fast-travel locations to the map, both the CoC vanilla-file and the modded file does that. The only difference is that I (in the modded file) removed one if-statement that only added a location if it had previously been visited by the player, because this did not work well in vanilla CoC (many times the fast-travel marker was not added despite having visited the location).
Here you can download the two non-modified fast-travel files if you wish to try if they work better: +2 votes. Hey, so I like others here have a similar problem with fast travel. I have all the green house logos on the map, and when I zoom on one of them it shows the text line that says quick travel, but that's it, when I try and click on it doesn't do anything and yes, I have all the files put in their respective folders. I'm also using AO3,S.W.T.C, Outfit addon, additional mutants, All weapons trade condition, Ultra graphics and transparent inventory mods. Any ideas of what might I be doing wrong?:( +1 vote.
