I'm also getting the same blendshapes bug. I've also just reported it to Autodesk, with very simple instructions to reproduce. The problem is that changes to blend shape weights don't update the mesh, unless one of the changed weights happens to be the first target (leftmost in the Blend Shape window) in its blendShape node. As a temporary workaround, you can create an extra blend shape with just a single target mesh that is identical to your original mesh (so that it has no effect), and modify the weight of that whenever you need to trigger an update of your mesh (i.e. Whenever you modify any of the other blendshape weights). You can key that benign weight on your timeslider so it changes from 0 at the beginning of yout timeline to 1 at the end, so that it triggers an update of your mesh in every frame.

Or create an equation to drive it from all the other weights you have, so it triggers an update even if you modify any of the weights manually. Easier to revert back to SP2, but 2014 SP2 has some other bugs that 2014 Extension doesn't. I hope Autodesk fixes this quickly; it's a pretty major issue.
